Donut Grow Up: P's First Birthday

This is honestly just a straight-up gallery of pics from P's birthday. I just can't believe she's one. While there were so so many terrible things about 2020, this little slice of sweet and sassy P gave us a reason to smile again. Ben and I joke that she broke up quarantine by giving us something else to focus on entirely. Watching her grow and watching Dom become a proud big brother has been one of the greatest pleasures of my life. While I was pregnant with P, a pregnancy that truly sucked, I worried that I wouldn't love her as much as I loved Dom or that she would somehow take love away from him. I know now that the depth of a mother's heart knows no bounds. My heart just grew and P slid right in.

Happy Birthday, Parker. What a blessing it is to get to raise you and to love you.
